High friction in the medication purchasing process. Customers faced a lack of real-time inventory visibility, requiring physical visits to multiple pharmacies to confirm availability. Additionally, the absence of integrated delivery services created a significant barrier to access.
A specialized pharmaceutical marketplace that digitized the end-to-end journey. The platform allowed pharmacies to receive medical prescriptions digitally, verify stock, and process orders, which were then fulfilled via an integrated delivery system directly to the customer.

Critical lack of traceability and security in electronic medical prescriptions. The health sector suffered from fragmented systems (lack of interoperability), high rates of prescription forgery, and the absence of a standardized, secure digital document that pharmacies could universally validate.
An interoperable electronic medical prescription platform built on a high-security architecture. By leveraging Machine Learning, AI, and IBM Blockchain, the system guaranteed the immutability of every record, prevented fraud, and ensured seamless data exchange between physicians and pharmacies.
